To increase the amount and frequency of information on governance reaching the target group through information dissemination to cause them to offer leadership and take active role in governance.
To spur interest of the target group in policy formulation and implementation through trainings in; lobbying, networking and advocacy in order to participate in national development process.
To raise the level of awareness of the target group on gender issues and women empowerment through trainings in order to effect change in mindset necessary for gender equity and equality interventions to bear fruit.
To increase the extent of ethnic integration and cohesion by initiating discussion forums to demystify ethnic stereotypes, prejudices and perceptions using internet (social media and blogs) and mobile phones to bring down negative tribalism.
To undertake or cause to be undertaken within the organization or otherwise or in collaboration with other individuals, bodies and groups research on matters related to improving the youths situations.
